When you place an order, an email will be sent to you acknowledging your order. Unless you cancel your order the contract between you and Faller The Jeweller will be completed when we send you an email, confirming the goods have been dispatched. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Please note that goods will only be dispatched on full payment.

Intellectual property rights apply to all content, any reproduction of content is prohibited and will result in prosecution.

All items delivered to you should be inspected immediately on receipt. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. In the event of you failing to notify us within 48 hours, of your dissatisfaction with your order and the reasons for your dissatisfaction, no responsibility for the return of the goods or for the re-imbursement of the purchase price shall be accepted.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt with the customer ensuring that the item is returned unworn and in perfect condition in the original box & packaging.
We would strongly recommend that you return your purchase using a trackable shipping service as we cannot accept any responsibilty for any returned items that are lost or stolen in transit. Once received and in accordance with the above a full refund or exchange will be issued as required. We are not responsible for return postage costs.
Exceptions and Exemptions
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on specially commissioned orders and personalised items unique to you and therefore unable to be resold unless they are faulty.
Neckchains can be exchanged for an alternative length by prior agreement.
Please note due to current EU Hygiene regulations, earrings are non-refundable.
