Odissa is a curated jewellery selling platform open to members of The Guild of Jewellery Designers. All members can apply but membership of the GoJD does not guarantee acceptance. The main reasons for refusal are:

Poor product photography Poor product quality Products whose price points do not reflect handmade jewellery pricing structures and indicate mass production

A refusal to list does not mean that reapplying in the future will be denied. Steps taken to improve the reasons for refusal will be taken into consideration.

To login and manage orders and products, the Odissa admin area can be accessed from here: https://odissa.co.uk/admin.php This is the main access for indepth management of products and orders and the way I tend to favour logging in. You can also access the admin area by logging in from the front of the site on the top navigation bar.

Buyers can login to their account and fill in a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form for the product they wish to return stating the reason for the return. The return should be acknowledged as soon as practical and steps taken to resolve the issue with the customer by either issuing a refund, credit or replacement. (Personalised goods can only be returned by agreement with the seller.)

Please don't be offended if we decline your application to list on Odissa as we turn away more products and sellers than we allow in. To ensure the product range fits with our target customer base, your products must fit with our requirements, and the Odissa team must love your product. The main reason we decline applications is for poor product photography but you can always re-apply once the issue has been resolved. Please contact us if you would like feedback on why your application was unsuccessful.

NB. Acceptance to sell on Odissa is determined by product and image quality, the declaration that no products are mass produced or give the impression of mass production by low pricing or entirely sourced as a whole. Gold membership is not an influencer in this decision. Refused applications can be resubmitted when improvements have been made.
