What can I sell on Odissa?

 

The following outlines the criteria for what is allowed to be listed on Odissa and also some specific examples of what is not allowed.

 

We allow the selling of own design and handcrafted/sourced jewellery and craft items.

 

Items can be made and assembled from mass produced components from general suppliers but not on a mass production scale.

 

Sourced items are defined as items that designer/makers have bought in to manufacture their items or have designed their items to have them produced by someone else.

 

Sourced items are not items bought in bulk.

 

The seller is accountable to ensure they have all the necessary paperwork and are following all legal policies for the items they sell and do not infringe on any copyrights.

 

Odissa is not responsible for the sellers quality of the item or for the seller having the correct legal paperwork.

 

Prohibited Items

 

We have compiled a list of prohibited items that cannot be sold on Odissa.

 

  • Adult and pornographic content
  •  
  • Illegal, hazardous or dangerous items
  •  
  • Items which infringe copyright
  •  
  • Found items
  •  
  • Second hand items
  •  
  • Vintage items unless up-cycled into a new item
  •  
  • Mass produced imported goods
