Joolzery
Joolzery is my creative outlet, as I design simple one-off sterling silver wire, semi-precious gemstone and freshwater pearl handmade jewellery, that lets the natural beauty of the stones used shine through, (I sometimes use copper wire to enhance the semi-precious gem stone properties), from the heart.
All semi - precious gem stones have specific healing properties and/or energies, that have affinities to specific months and zodiac signs.
Using this information, I (Joolzery) create simple beautifully stunning individual sterling silver and copper wire semi precious gemstone and freshwater pearl handmade jewellery pieces to harness these properties.
Joolzery is about creating classically stunning jewellery, with an eye on the healing energies and/or properties of the gemstones, which are combined synergistically
When placing an order with Joolzery, via the Odissa web site, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details.
This contract will become binding upon our acceptance via email of your order.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required) All jewellery on this website has been handmade by Julia of Joolzery. Many items are made to order, and unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days once payment has been received by Joolzery.
For bespoke orders, you will be given an estimated dispatch time when the design details are finalised. Some semi-precious stone beads may be sourced from other countries, and this will affect the completion date.

Clear pictures are provided to allow you to see jewellery pieces designed by Joolzery.
Please be aware that they are taken in close up. Please pay close attention to the measurements provided for a true idea of scale.
Photographs taken may well be the actual item you will receive, or what we deem to be a clear representation of the product if more than one has been made.
Due to the irregularities in gemstones themselves, and the handmade nature of Julia's work, we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.
Please be aware that the colours displayed on our website we consider to be close renditions of the actual colours of the stones and pearls used. However they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate, as this will vary depending on each individual computer's monitor settings.
Because your privacy is very important to us, Joolzery will not share your email, delivery address or any other details with any other party.
To Joolzery customer satisfaction is paramount, and as such if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and/or products, or change your mind, please read our terms and conditions below:
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you must contact us in writing within 7 working days of your receipt of the goods to request a refund if you change your mind.
A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.
Please see exceptions below.
You must contact us within reasonable time scale.
In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered (depending on the time scale), this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
You must return the goods to us, failure to do so is a breach of your statutory duty, and you may be charged recovery costs.
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, until they are returned to us.
Any goods must be returned within a reasonable time scale and must be securely wrapped, preferable in the original packaging.
A refund will be carried out by us within 30 days of agreeing the return in writing.
We also recommend returning by Royal Mail special delivery as any damages or losses incurred during return may mean we are unable to refund you.
Refund will include the original postage cost, if applicable, but the customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is faulty.
The refund process means money can only be refunded to the source originally used to pay. For credit card sales, this will be the exact card which was used.
We regret that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned/refunded, unless faulty.
We regret that custom or bespoke goods (where jewellery is made to order to design agreed between Joolzery and the customer) cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty.
For any items judged to be damaged due to improper use or when reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Joolzery may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer's right to a full refund.
