We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from GETi. If you make a purchase from us you have 30 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to exchange an item or cancel your order.
To discuss a return directly with us click 'My Account' at the top right of the page, sign into your account and then choose ‘Orders’ from the dropdown menu. Sign in to access your current orders and click on the order you wish to return. Click on ‘RETURN AN ITEM’ to initiate the return process.
Exceptions and Exemptions
Items of the following are, as a rule, non-returnable or non-cancellable:
Specially commissioned orders and personalised items unique to you and therefore unable to be resold.
Hygenically sealed items where the seal has been broken.
Returning or exchanging an order.
Please use the ‘RETURN AN ITEM’ process in your orders area outlining your reasons for doing so as the feedback helps us improve our service.
It is recommended that you return the item in suitable packaging and using a ‘signed for’ postal service, Special Delivery or Recorded etc., and to retain your proof of postage. GETi Ltd will not be held responsible for goods not received for return.
We will process the refund of your order to your PayPal account no later than 30 days from receipt of the goods.
