In the context of this terms and conditions 'we', 'us', 'our' refers to Made By Birds and by extension Dan and Leah Bird.
By accessing and using Made By Birds shop or our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Pictures of product listings on Made By Birds are owned by Made By Birds, products featured in those listings pictures and listings are handcrafted and owned by Made By Birds (Dan and Leah Bird). When items are purchases from Made By Birds on Odissa, payment to Made By Birds will be processed via the Odissa website.
When someone chooses to purchase an item from Made By Birds ownership of the item purchased will only transfer to the purchaser upon completion of full payment (inclusive of delivery cost) from the purchaser to Made By Birds for the item, at which time Made By Birds will make arrangement for delivery of the item purchased to the purchaser in a timely manner.
Items purchased from Made By Birds will be sent to the buyer via Royal Mail Tracked 48, should this service not be available another tracked service will be chosen by Made By Birds of a comparable delivery time and cost. When third party delivery service takes possession over our product Made By Birds are no longer responsible. If delivery is delayed please contact us through Made By Birds shop and we will look in to it and advise you further.
Orders can be cancelled up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. If an order is cancelled within 14 days from delivery, orders can be returned in new and unused condition for a full refund, buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, significantly not as described or damaged in delivery. If item is faulty, significantly not as described or damaged in delivery Made By Birds will be responsible for cost of return postage, however evidence such as pictures documenting the above issues must be provided in such cases and will be awarded on a case to case basis depending on evidence provided and is not guaranteed.
Made By Birds and by extension Dan and Leah Bird are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of any products purchased from Made By Birds. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any UK laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
Made By Birds reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.
