OUR JEWELLERY. Each stone we use is unique and a one off, so every item with a set gemstone will be different to the next. Sizes are approximate for the gemstones as they all vary in shape and size.
EXEMPTIONS.
Earrings are not included in our refund policy due to hygiene reason.
Any alterations, bespoke or made to order pieces from Markkostiak.com are not refundable.
MarkKostiak.com does not accept responsibilty for any postage costs incurred or any items stolen, lost,or damaged in transit.
We recommend that you return items using Royal Mail special deliverey as this is insured and tracked.
Postage is not refunded. Your refund will be issued before 14 days to the payment method used in the original purchase.
If you receive a damaged or open package do not accept the delivery, contact us immediatly and we will arrange a replacement to be sent.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
If you wish to cancel your order from markkostiak.com please return the confirmation email stating your intent to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched - please return it for a full refund.
We reserve the right to change, alter, and remove products without prior warning.
OUR REFUND POLICY.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Markkostiak.com we will refund you for up to 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it.
Our goods must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.
You must also include the order details for this purchase.
