Returns Policy Pieces made to commision or personalised items are not returnable. Other items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund,or exchange, minus return postage, as long as they are received back in their original packaging in perfect, unworn condition. We recommend using Royal Mail Special insured delivery, or the international equivalent, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.
