Cleaning & Repair Service for Custom Ashes Jewellery

For Custom Ashes Jewellery Only

Our cleaning and repair service is an optional extra service available only for Nicky Robin customers.

We offer this service if your custom ashes jewellery piece is out of its 12 month warranty. 

This service covers:

• Repairs to the inclusions setting (where ashes or hair are placed)
• Polishing of minor scratches

After ordering this service, you will be sent a pack which includes a form to complete, instructions on how to safely wrap your jewellery and a padded addressed envelope. Once we have received your return, we will notify you of it’s safe arrival. Please allow up to 2 weeks to repair and send back your jewellery.

This service does not cover:

• Chains
• Deep scratches or knocks
• Breakages to components
• Jewellery pieces not belonging to custom ashes collections
• Crystal replacement
• Deep tarnishing
