Made from:
9ct solid gold ring bands, 1 textured gold star, three white sparkling diamonds and one gold spacer ring. 
Stones:
Diamond - G/H colour VS clarity x 3. size 1.5 mm (0.15 cm)  diamonds are 0.015 carats each.
Dimensions:

Each gold ring band has a round profile, and are 1.5 mm wide (0.15 cm).
