POSTAGE & RETURNS

TURNAROUND TIME

The turn around time for orders is usually 14 *WORKING* days from the date the order is placed, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. Also this is until the time I post but does not include delivery time. However I do post first class & always obtain proof of posting.

This time will be extended to 16+ working days for bespoke orders & at my busiest times of year including, the run up to Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mothers & Fathers days & the end of the school year. 

Please note we always close for a certain time over the Christmas period. Our website will remain open for orders over the holidays, but any orders taken during this time will not be looked at until we return. 

Our 14 day turnaround time will start from the date we return back. Please check our social media pages for a more up to date details. 

Please be aware that due to the corona virus pandemic there may be delays in your order getting to you as quick as in former times. Royal Mail are experiencing growing levels of employee absence due to illness and self isolation.

 

POSTAGE & PACKING

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued for items sent to the wrong address in these instances. 

 

All products made by Butterfly & Bear are handmade to order. If your product/products arrive damaged or incorrect please email us via the ‘contact us’ section & I will be happy to help. If you have ordered a size in error please note most of my rings can be resized. Please see my ‘resizing’ section on how i can help. 

 

RETURNS 

My policy for any item that has not been personalised lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately i am unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you originally received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain types of goods that are exempt from being returned. These include personalised items, earrings & my gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received & has been inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. 

I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 7 days

 

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, please firstly check your bank/PayPal account again. 

Then contact your credit card company. In some instances even after your refund has been processed by me it may still take some time before your refund is officially returned to you. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is returned.

EXCHANGES 

If you need to exchange your jewellery for whatever reason, please send me an email at info@butterflyandbear.co.uk before sending your item back to me at:

RETURN POSTAGE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless your item arrived damaged or faulty. 

Oh lease note postage costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to cover yourselves .
