Lauren Grace

Fascinated from a young age with all things that sparkled and glittered, I was always destined to become a jeweller.  I initially discovered metalwork at school, then went on to study at University for the Creative Arts, graduating with a degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing and also winning a Goldsmiths’ Company precious metals bursary for my designs.lauren grace jewellery

Inspired by childhood memories, architectural detail and decorative pattern, I use traditional jewellery and goldsmithing skills to create jewellery that is quirky and individual, but also elegant and stylish.  Each piece of jewellery is hand made and finished by me in my London studio and never mass produced in a factory, so you can be assured of receiving a unique and high quality piece of jewellery.

I use eco-friendly and recycled precious metals wherever possible, and my casting, chain and gold plating are all supplied by British manufactures.  The gemstones I use come from reputable, ethical sources, so you can be certain your jewellery is conflict-free.

If you would like to find out  a little more about me, and take a look at my work in progress and new collections, you can do so here on my blog.

You can also sign up to my Facebook pageTwitter, and Instagram for sneak previews of new collections, custom work, and occasional pictures of cats.

Handmade Bespoke Jewellery

Terms and Conditions

All jewellery is handmade by me in my studio and not sent overseas for mass production. As such, please allow 2 weeks for delivery to the UK and up to 4 weeks for delivery overseas.

Please note that the address linked to your Paypal account will be used as the default delivery address.

Returns Policy

If for any reason your purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return your jewellery, please return to me within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges. Your purchase must be unworn and received in perfect condition in the original packaging. I strongly recommend that you return your purchase fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or international equivalent as I cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above, I will issue a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required.

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are absolutely non returnable.

I am also unable to extend my returns policy for individually commissioned pieces of jewellery.

For example:

i) Pieces made up in a variation of materials or colours to the piece on offer.

ii) Where a piece of jewellery has been specially made for you.

iii) Personalised items with your name or custom text on them.

However, in some circumstances alterations may be possible but will incur extra costs.

Jewellery Care

All sterling silver jewellery will naturally oxidise or tarnish over time. Certain chemical will speed this process up and therefore I would advise you to avoid your jewellery coming into with bleach, cleaning products, chlorine, perfume, hairspray etc. I would also suggest that you regularly give your jewellery a hand polish with a silver cloth and dip your jewellery every now and then into a jewellery cleaning dip.

The Shift in Global Marketplaces

What's been quietly lost in the rush to scale.

Loss of Originality

Large online marketplaces have shifted toward mass-produced, generic, factory-line products, making it difficult to find unique, handmade items.

Quality Concerns

Relaxed verification standards on major platforms have led to issues with material integrity, such as fake silver, cheap base metals, and chipping platings.
