I have been making jewellery now for over 12 years and I currently work from my home based studio in Lincoln.


 I gained my degree in Jewellery design at Lincoln University in 2016 and it was while studying here that I fell in love with the process of electroforming...

ORDERING ONLINE



Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit card or credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact us directly and we can process your order over email or telephonically.



 



DELIVERY INFORMATION



Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.



 



International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Hayley Priestley cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges outside of those charged for USA and Canada shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets dispatched.



 



Delivery time varies depending on the item ordered. We endeavour to deliver within 5-21 working days within the UK, and 7-28 working days for other countries. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case.



 



BESPOKE ORDERS



We offer a bespoke service allowing our customers to have entirely unique items designed especially for them by Hayley Priestley. A one hour consultation can be attended in person at the Hayley Priestley studio, or an email or telephone conversation can be arranged. Turn around times for bespoke orders are 4-8 weeks. Quotes on bespoke orders are valid for 30 days and we reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.



 



 



 



CANCELLATION POLICY



A bespoke or customised order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.



 



SALES AND RETURNS



We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your Hayley Priestley jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively we will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned to us unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 14 working days of your receipt of the order. If you do wish to return an item, please contact us for further details. Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:



— Commissioned pieces (bespoke)



— Customised pieces



When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size.



We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend that UK items be sent by insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.



 



SIZING



Please make sure to provide us with the correct ring size when placing your order.



 



REPAIRS + RECONDITIONING



Imperfections are part of the essence of the brand however, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.



We assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.



Some of the jewellery is gold plated. This is done to industry standard, but as it’s a surface covering, it may wear in time depending on how often it is worn and the level of care it receives. A care card is included with very purchase and we advise that this adhered to, to prolong the plating.



We do offer a re-plating service on these items at a cost of in the region of £25 dependent on size of surface area requiring re-plating. Please contact us with details of your jewellery and we can provide you with accurate costing details.



Some of the jewellery has been oxidised in order to give it a blackened finish. As this is a surface covering it will wear over time and the silver beneath will show through. This is an intentional element of the design, but if you’d like your jewellery to be re-oxidised we can do so at a cost of £12.50 per item.



 



ONE OF A KIND



Each product is handmade and therefore unique and small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock. Stone and metal colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request we would be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our ‘Sales and Returns’ policy for purchases exempt of exchange or refund.



 



PAYMENT TERMS



For bespoke and customised orders we require a 50% deposit as confirmation of your order before production can begin. At this point you will be committed to purchase. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order. Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. Goods remain the property of Hayley Priestley until paid for in full.



 



SECURITY



This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected.
