Single Heart-in-Heart Necklace.

Sterling Silver necklace with a 12mm x 12mm hand cut heart and an inner heart pierced out. The heart is suspended from a handmade Sterling Silver curved link chain consisting of 14 curved links with figure of eight jump rings and a hook style fastening. The necklace is approximately 16″ long but can be made longer - see drop down menu.

Pair with IHJ-109 Heart-in-Heart ear studs. The perfect set.

All my pieces of jewellery are handmade by me. For this reason please be patient and allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to the UK and up to 4 weeks for delivery overseas. Nothing in the process is rushed to give the customer the best experience. If there are any delays that are beyond my control, sourcing stones etc., I will keep you fully informed at all times.

Due to the fact that each piece is handmade means that each piece will be slightly different, that is one of the joys of handmade - no one else will be wearing exactly the same as you!!

All items made, if over the legal weights, - Silver 7.87 grams or Gold over 1 gram - must by law be Hallmarked. This service will be included in quoted prices. Items under the legal weights can be Hallmarked if the customer requests it and the piece is of a size that will accommodate the mark but the extra cost will be passed on to the purchaser so please contact me for a price if you want this carried out.The standard marks are “Sponsor’s Mark (Makers Mark), “Standard Mark”, “Fineness Mark”, “Assay Office Mark” and “Date Letter”. My Sponsors Mark is held at the London Assay Office.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you find your purchase is unsuitable and you wish to return your jewellery, please return to me within 7 days of receipt (signed for date) for a full refund or exchange, excluding any postage charges. Your purchase must be unworn and received in perfect condition in the original packaging. If you need to return your purchase it must fully insured through the Royal Mail Special Delivery service or international equivalent. I will not accept any responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. Upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the above I will issue a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange credit.

For example:

i Pieces made up in a variation of materials or colours to the piece on offer. NOTE - If there are problems sourcing any materials specified (which would alter the look of the agreed commissioned piece) then I will fully discuss with you the client before proceeding with making the item. Your satisfaction is my aim.

ii Where a piece of jewellery has been specially made for you and the design has been signed off by you.

However, if alterations are possible they will be made but will incur extra costs.

Jewellery Care

All sterling silver jewellery will naturally oxidise or tarnish over time. Certain chemicals will cause this to happen so I would advise you to avoid your jewellery coming into contact with bleach, cleaning products, chlorine (swimming pools), perfume, hairspray etc. I would also suggest that you regularly give your jewellery a hand polish with a silver cloth and dip your jewellery every now and then into a jewellery cleaning dip. This includes any stones used so please take advice before carrying out any treatments.
