Passion comes first. I work playfully and energetically, both when designing and making. It may be that spontaneous moment when an idea springs to life, when I can’t resist the compulsion to make a life-size drawing, the urge to splash colour or will to hammer a malleable chunk of metal.

Believing wholeheartedly that jewellery should be enjoyed, I love to share the creativity and process that are so often hidden away with jewellery. I want to captivate and inspire people and share my joy in creating. With exciting and high energy events I reconnect my jewellery with people, take it out from the confines of a glass case and invite personal and social interaction. I want encourage people to talk, laugh, celebrate and to share the joy in jewellery!

I see my jewellery as an expression, right from the first spark of an idea to when it is worn and enjoyed.

This expression of happiness is embodied through the bold use of colour in my designs, emotive and confident; it is a way to communicate. With jewellery so often worn as an expression of our memories, emotions and personality, colour is the perfect companion to jewellery. It gives a great way to work with people on customising a design to show-off their individuality.

My jewellery is designed to stand out, created for women who share this attitude; it’s about being confident and expressive, having a style and being confident to rock it.

Order times:



Every piece is individually handmade to order and created by Jessica in her Studio. Please allow up to 28 days for your order*



*Reflect Necklace: due to the complexity of the piece, please allow up to 42 days for this order.



Delivery:



Free UK delivery



International: £10 * Please note that duties and taxes may be payable in countries outside the UK and these will be the responsibility of the customer.



Large orders: if your order is over £1000 in value, we will use a courier service and there will be an additional £10 delivery charge.

Damaged items: If your items are damaged on delivery, please contact us in writing within ten working days of the delivery, quoting your order reference number. We will inspect the goods and a refund, exchange or repair will be offered, provided that we deem the damage was not the result of fair wear and tear. We will refund the cost of the return of the damaged items.

Returns:



Oddissa standard 30 day returns policy with buyer paying postage costs.



Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.



Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons.



Bespoke items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to their unique nature.



Our returns and exchange procedure:



You must first contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods, quoting your name, address and order reference number.



Package the parcel securely using the original packaging



Return the parcel to us within 30 days by Royal Mail Special Delivery service or by courier.



We are afraid that we cannot accept any responsibility for postage costs, nor for any item lost, stolen or damaged in transit.



Refunds:



When we receive the returned items, we will process your refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that you credit card company make take 4-7 working days to credit your account.



Please note that if you are returning a gift, the refund will go to the debit or credit card originally used to pay for the items.



For exchanges, if the value of the new items exceeds the original value of the items, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new items be lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the order.



We will only be able to ship your exchanged goods once we have received the returned item.



You will be charged for any additional delivery costs.



Repairs:



We can normally carry out repairs for your jewellery should it become damaged or broken.



Please contact jess@jessicanoble.co.uk to discuss the repair. An appropriate fee will be charged.
