The Designer

Hello and welcome to LuHarrie! 

My name is Tracy Campbell and I design and handcraft all my pieces in my Glasgow studio.  I'm proud to say "I made your jewellery."

LuHarrie was conceived on the Isle of Lewis & Harris in the Scottish Outer Hebrides whilst I was on honeymoon in 2015. It is such a beautiful part of the world and the perfect place to make the decision that my path in life was about to completely change, due entirely to a random but very serious health incident. Feel free to ask me about it if you're interested as I'm more than happy to chat about it, and I owe who I am and where I am now to that random life event. 

 

I'm inspired by everything around me and I love the dimension and depth created when you impart texture onto precious metals. I'm always looking for ways of getting textu

into my pieces and my design process is one of evolution, my pieces evolve as I'm making them! 

My pieces are handcrafted in my studio, therefore perfectly imperfect, and I'm thrilled to be recognised as a trusted designer/maker with the Guild of Jewellery Designers.

 

I use a variety of techniques in my collections which of course include  traditional silversmithing processes, but also lost wax casting, using precious metal clay and an ancient Korean technique known as Keum Boo.

 

Shipping Info



As all pieces are hand made to order please allow 14 to 28 days for delivery. I will keep in touch with you throughout the order process to update you on the progress of your piece of jewellery.



If you do need your item sooner please get in touch and I will aim to accommodate as best I can.



All UK orders come with free shipping by Royal Mail first class signed for.



Sizing



You will find size options at the point of order but if you require a size outside these options then do get in touch.



Please ensure you select the correct size as all pieces are hand made to order and errors with sizing can be difficult to resolve afterwards.



If you do require a size alteration to the piece, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible.



Depending on the alteration required there may be a fee for this. Returns Your piece of jewellery will be made to order so returns are only available if the piece is faulty.



Pierced earrings can only be returned if faulty due to hygiene reasons.



I want you to love your new piece of jewellery so if you are not happy please get in touch right away and we can discuss how to resolve.



Please ask as many questions as you need to be sure of your purchase.

LuHarrie takes your privacy very seriously and this privacy policy is updated regularly so do keep checking back. In order to give you the best browsing experience of the site and fulfil your order the information I collect is your name, e-mail address, postal address and your contact number is optional. If ordering a bespoke piece you may provide additional information in order to customise the piece.



In order for LuHarrie to receive payments online I use third party payment platform Paypal. These allow you to pay securely using your Paypal account, debit or credit card.
