A simple fiddle necklace, ideal for people with anxiety. A tapered shape has been hand pierced from a sheet of sterling silver, and a small rectangular hole pierced at the bottom. The top has been bent over to form the bail. A thin strip of copper has then been hand pierced and hammered to give a textured look. It has then been bent into a circle shape and threaded through the hole in the bottom.
This necklace is ideal for people with anxiety or mental health disorders, as it can be used as a distraction technique to twist the circle.
