A pretty, statement ring, hand made from an old teaspoon made from Norwegian silver. Norwegian silver is a slightly lower grade of silver than British sterling. It contains 835 parts silver in 1000, compared to British sterling which is 925 parts in 1000.
The bowl of the spoon has been flattened, and then the whole spoon has been bent around a mandrel to form the ring, with the handle overlapping the flattened bowl.
