ORDERING
Once an order has been submitted, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details. Once accepted via email, this contract becomes binding. All contracts are subject to UK Law
For bespoke orders, an estimated dispatch time will be given once the details have been agreed and finalised.
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated. During the festive period, some orders may be shipped within 7-10 days. If this is not possible, you will be contacted and either refunded, an alternative given or a date when the item can be shipped.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Photographs of the items may be of the actual item you will receive or a close representation if more than one has been created. Due to the uniqueness of each gemstone and the nature of being hand-made, the right is reserved to sell items with minor differnces (ie difference in shade or pattern of the gemstone; differences in the leaves).
Due to an individual computer's monitor setting, the colours of the jewellery cannot be guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Every care has been taken to photograph the items accurately.
JEWELLERY
Some designs may feature pre-made components such as chains, charms and clasps. Not all of these are hallmarked due to them being below the weight at which UK Law requires hallmarking.

No representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliabillty, suitability or availability of the information, products or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
As the gemstones used are completely natural, the colours and textures vary, as do the representation on different browsers and computer monitors.
Your privacy is very important and your email, delivery address or any other details will not be shared with any other party.
If you have joined our mailing list, the email address provided will not be passed on to any other companies. It will only be used by us to inform you about new products, news, special offers etc. You will only be added to the mailing list if you have 'opted in'. 'Opting out' is easy if you change your mind at any time.
You will only be contacted if necessary on matters arising directly from your order and not for any other purpose (unless you have signed up to the mailing list).
Shipping
All items will be presented in a gift box and posted in protective packaging.
All Mainland UK orders will be posted within 1-3 working days with free shipping. If this timescale can not be met for any reason, then you will be contacted as soon as possible.
For shipping outside of the UK, please contact me for a quote. I will give you a choice of shipping options with insurance highly recommended.
Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days via email and I will give you instructions for returns.
For your protection, it is recommended that a recorded delivery service is used for retuning items. Please ensure that the item is returned in their original condition and securely packaged. Once the item is received and checked, a refund (minus the postage) will be issued to you as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued but if the item has already been dispatched, you must return the item at your own cost.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons; commissioned and customised pieces cannot be returned.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.
