Each item is personally handmade by Kimberley in her workshop. Each piece is individual and has its own unique textures and slight variations. Everything is hand produced, as such; any irregularities should be appreciated as part of a bespoke design.

personalization:

Each letter is stamped by hand to produce the charming hand made feel. This however can lead to some irregularities and should be appreciated as part of the unique bespoke piece. No two pieces are the same.

Only the Roman alphabet letters and numbers can be stamped along with fullstops, and ampersand &.

black finish:

The ‘black finish’ only added to silver jewellery as it is an oxidization that occurs only on silver. It is added to grooves and indentations to the metal so it prevents wear as it is more protected.

We do suggest that if you want to prolong this finish on your jewellery, it is advisable not to expose it to perfume, chlorine, cosmetics and body lotions.

delivery info

Each item bought straight from the website is handmade, and can take up to 7 to 14 working days to produce. On occasion items can be made faster, it just depends on time of year and demand. Please call or email studio@kimberleyselwood.co.uk, to check if you need the item for a particular date.

delivery within the uk

We use the Royal Mail to send jewellery. Each item has a tracking code and will need to be signed for.

delivery outside of the uk:

Again we use Royal Mail for international post, it aims to deliver to :-

• Most of Western Europe in 3-5 days.
• The rest of Europe, USA & Canada within 5-10 days.
• The rest of the world within 5-14 days.

These are approximate time frames as parcels need to also go through customs which we have no control over.
