I am an independent Jeweller offering handmade, personalised and unique jewellery and gifts. Hand crafted from high quality sterling silver and gemstones, my pieces make the perfect gifts for all occasions, from mother's Day, to birthdays, anniversaries to Christmas etc.

Custom orders are very welcome, and I love to work with my customers to achieve their jewellery dreams.
My items are sent out as First Class Signed For via Royal Mail within the UK.
Outside of the UK? Your item will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for, please note that your items will be coming from the UK, and any customs charges or Duty that your country charges are the customers responsibility.
As a rough guide, Royal Mail aims to have parcels delivered to Europe in 3-5 working days, to the USA in 7-14 working days, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and most other countries in 5-7 working days. Italy takes a while longer and may take 3-6 weeks due to Italian customs. Please note that your country may keep your parcel in their customs office for a few weeks, I'm afraid there is nothing I can do about this. I will give you all the tracking information when I have posted your items so that you're able to see where your item is on it's journey to you.
I aim to have your items posted within 10 working days after payment, please message me if you need your items rushed out and I'll see what I can do for you.
Your items will arrive in a gift bag, packed inside a cardboard box, with some extra padding and within a post bag for protection.
I offer a shipping discount on multiple items! You will be charged full price for the highest postage, and each further item will have the discounted postage applied. Overpaid postage will be refunded to you.
Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their delivery address is correct BEFORE check out. I cannot be held accountable for this, and will be unable to refund you. The postage will need to be paid for in full again if you wish to repurchase it.
I'm happy to take custom and personalised orders! Please contact me to discuss your ideas. Custom orders must be paid for upfront, and are non refundable unless faulty or incorrect. Please check your spelling for any stamped orders!! I can't refund for spelling mistakes made by my customers.
Hand Stamped items are literally just that, each letter and symbol is stamped individually for each piece. This can create variations in the designs, this adds to the true individual and handmade nature of the items, and is why they are so special. Stamping onto metal displaces the metal, rather than removing it, so this will show on the other side of stamped items- I try to show this in my pictures.

I take your privacy seriously and I will only use your personal information to provide the products and services you have requested from me.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services. This includes orders placed through Social Media messaging and direct email, including newsletters via Mailchimp, which you have consented to.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy, Mail Chimp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Paypal or any third-party services you access through those sites. Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Mail Chimp. I share information with Mail Chimp as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under Mail Chimp’s policies and Terms of Use.
I share information with PayPal as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my obligations under PayPal’s policies and Terms of Use.
Facebook & Instagram. Please refer to Facebook and Instagram’s policies and terms of use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as MailChimp and Google Cloud are Privacy Shield certified.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 years.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

I want you to love the items you receive as much as I loved making them! If you're not happy for any reason, please let me know by message as soon as possible.
Don't like your item? Please return it in it's original condition, within the original packaging for a refund minus postage. Please be sure to inform me and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is the buyers responsibility, and I suggest sending returns via an insured method so that you're covered if the item goes missing on it's way to me. I will be unable to refund or exchange until I have received the returned item. Please note that returns from outside of the UK must be marked as 'return' on the parcel, or the buyer will be liable for any customs charges and post office charges that may occur for your item to get back to me.
I try my utmost to describe my items with complete transparency and accuracy. If I've made a mistake, or missed something out, please let me know as soon as you can so that I can rectify this for you. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Gemstones are natural, and will have natural inclusions and irregularities in the stones and shapes. I don't class this as a fault- it adds to the individuality and beauty of each item.
Custom and personalised items are non refundable.
