Located deep in the Lincolnshire Fens, home of big skies and barn owls, The Tiny Tree Frog Jewellery offers a range of artisan fine silver, sterling silver, copper and gemstone jewellery, all handcrafted in my home studio.

 

I also offer a collection of pretty wire wrapped gemstone charms, all ready for you to add to your existing jewellery pieces or to your own jewellery creations.

 

If you're looking for something a little more unique, why not take a look at my small and ever-changing collection of jewellery made using components salvaged from broken vintage sterling silver jewellery which I clean by torch firing, tumble polish and then repurpose into new pieces.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

(last updated 9 February 2021) This is the number of BUSINESS days it will take to create your jewellery and have your order ready to ship. My current order processing time is 3 to 5 working days for all fine silver clay products. Other products will ship within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the product you have ordered and on my current workload.



If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know in the notes during checkout and I will do my very best to ship as quickly as possible or I will let you know if I cannot meet your deadline. Please note that I cannot always guarantee being able to rush or expedite an order, especially at very busy times of year, such as Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc. Thank you for understanding!



YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS



Please ensure that the address supplied at checkout is your correct, current address and is formatted in accordance with the postal regulations of your country. If paying by PayPal, please double check that your PayPal shipping address is also current and correct.



I cannot accept responsibility or refund for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.



TRACKING YOUR ORDER



As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification to let you know. If you paid for tracked shipping, your tracking number will be included in this email.



If you don't receive a shipping notification email (or you've accidentally deleted it!), please get in touch I'll re-send the tracking number to you.



MORE INFORMATION



UK Shipping



I ship in the UK using Royal Mail first class post. To keep postage costs to a minimum, I do not currently use a tracked/signed for service. Should you require a signed for/tracked service, please contact me prior to ordering.



UK first class post should arrive within one to two working days after posting but delays can occur at busy times, especially to more rural/remote locations. Please contact me if your item has not arrived after five working days (one week) following notification of dispatch (not the date of your order).



International Shipping



During checkout you can choose either International Standard shipping or International Tracked. Both options ship via Royal Mail Air Mail. International Standard service is not tracked and is therefore cheaper. International Tracked service provides tracking for your package throughout its journey but this option is more costly. Please note that International Tracked merely provides tracking for your package and does not guarantee a quicker delivery time or a specific delivery date.



Most international orders arrive within around 2 weeks. However, please bear in mind that international orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery, depending on location and other factors outside of my control (such as busy periods, bad weather, Customs clearance, etc). During very busy times, this can be as long as 6 weeks so please allow for this time period when ordering. I cannot consider a package to be lost in the post until the 6 week delivery period has passed (from the date of dispatch of your order, not of your order date).



According to the information on Royal Mail’s website, delivery to Europe is within 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world within 5-7 working days of posting. This timescale refers to the time for the package to ARRIVE in the country of destination and not subsequent Customs clearance and onward transmission by local postal services, which can take much longer.



Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee a delivery date. Although Royal Mail will dispatch your package to the appropriate country on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries do vary. Also packages can be held up in Customs in the country of arrival for several days. This is completely beyond my control and please do bear this in mind if you need your item for a specific date.



CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that each country charges different customs fees, taxes and charges on goods coming into the country. These fees are charged to you by your country/government and they are not additional shipping charges made by me.



Please be aware of such fees before committing to a purchase. Such fees and taxes are not included in my prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Returns & Refunds



In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, in accordance with the terms of the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014), you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping/postage costs. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt by me of the item in the same pristine state that it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances.



PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EU CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM/PERSONALISED ITEMS OR TO EARRINGS (FOR HYGIENE REASONS).



If, however, you consider an item to be faulty or damaged on arrival then please contact me and we'll work out a solution - either a refund or a repair/replacement. In these circumstances I will be responsible for your shipping costs in getting the faulty goods back to me.



Please contact me and I will provide you with an address for returns. Be aware that you are responsible for the item during its return until such time as I receive it back, unworn and undamaged.



Occasionally, stuff in the post does go missing/get lost. If you think this has happened with your item please contact me and we'll try to sort out a happy solution - either a replacement item or a complete refund. Please allow me a little time to investigate the missing item with the postal services. Please see my shipping policy above for details of how long an item should take to arrive before it is considered lost.
