What happens to the serial number if I sell my jewellery?
asked by: Admin on 2022-07-13 16:32:49Your serial number can be transferred to the new owner of the piece so that they receive notifictions for it instead of you. This is a one time option, once the serial number is transferred it needs the consent and assistance of the new owner to transfer it back again.
